oqko is taking its first steps with a release of smog. The EP carries 3 originals songs and 3 remixes. The remixes form part of the release, which is to be take as a whole and an introduction to oqko.

The EP is heavily influenced by northern metropolitan winter, lead by short and gloomy days. The overall sound of the EP is harsh and unforgiving creating a industrial breath with metallic overtones. However moments clearness emerge with flittering soundscapes guiding the listener between moments of extreme tensions. The EP has strong influences of club music but still stands strong aside with its clear personal vision of it.
